Needed to get my lawn cleaned up for the summer, Kevin's team came out within a few days of confirming work to be done, they went right to work and had it done within two days. Kevin was very nice and checked with me on the crews last day to see if I was satisfied. Hired them to put a new patio in in the next few weeks.

We had a huge patio poured in our backyard and the company destroyed our side yard from the street to the backyard. We had K&S lawn maintenance come out and regrade the yard and put down sod. They were all very professional and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I contacted K&S to do some grading and add sod to some bare patches around my house where work had been done. Kevin was very responsive and came out quickly after my initial inquiry. I explained what I needed, and we reviewed the options right there and received a quote.

Within a week, they were out first thing in the morning exactly as promised, and they were finished within a few hours. The work was done well, everyone was professional and personable, and I'm quite pleased with the improvement to my lawn.

My only regret is that I didn't start using K&S earlier. Being responsive and on time are especially important to me, and they excelled where others have fallen flat for me lately. Strongly recommend.

Kevin came to the house promptly and gave me a price on removing sod in the front and replacing it with zoysia. The crew did an amazing job. They were very neat and meticulous in the placement of the new sod. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was complete. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

Kevin and his crew were simply amazing! They were very competitively priced, and did an excellent job. They completely transformed my front shrubbery bush. They removed weeds, connected water drains to go underground, planted several bushes and a small tree, added a brick border around the whole front house, and mulched everything. Kevin was on time, professional, and easy to talk to. His crew were knowledgeable and friendly, on time and were able to complete this big job in one day because they worked so hard!. I would definitely use them again, and I will be recommending them to all of my friends.

Let me tell you 5/13/21 was the day my sod was installed, I could not believe the transformation to my front lawn. In 2020 I have fungus that killed about 75% of my grass and I was very upset. I looked around and called several companies in which most who came out to give me quotes either never reach back out to me or just didn't show up, but K and S did! The day of installation Kev was at my door bright and early like 7:49am. (Running out of room) BUT I was amazed at the quality of work and professionalism from the guys. The installers even the secretary was very tentative to my needs. I will definitely recommend these young men trust me you will enjoy thier work. Down the road I am looking to install retainer walls and trees! I am really impressed!

Kevin was friendly and knowledgeable, and the team from K&S did a great job removing our existing sod, regrading the area, installing new sod, and completely cleaning up the area all within one day. Aside from a few nitpicks, we were very happy with the job and will definitely hire them in the future.
